How It Works

Submit a service request or call to discuss the testing services you need.
2. Schedule the collection
Choose an available date, time, and approved collection location.
3. We come to you
A trained collector arrives with the necessary collection supplies and documentation.
4. Samples are processed
Specimens are packaged, documented, and prepared for laboratory processing when applicable.
5. Payment
Covenant Specimen Collection LLC is proud to partner with Gold Coast Diagnostics to provide eligible laboratory and point-of-care testing services. Through this partnership, many drug screenings and point-of-care tests may be covered by a patient's health insurance when medically appropriate and ordered in accordance with laboratory requirements. Coverage and eligibility vary by insurance plan.
We also accept self-pay clients and offer approved billing arrangements for organizations and employers. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, electronic payments, and approved business invoicing.
